We are happy that you want to take part in this learning experience in the city of Loulé, Portugal.
Firstly we kindly ask you to read the following conditions of participation and contact us in case you still have any doubts or need further clarifications:
- Registration
All the participants of the International Conference “Reinforcing Local Participation for a Democratic Europe” need to register HERE!
- Access to the Conference
– The registration is free for all citizens and curious people that will not require accommodation or meals; To the first 15 citizens who register to attend the Conference living in the county of Loulé the organizers will provide lunch for the entire duration of the Conference;
– International participants and participants coming from other cities of Portugal should pay a 40€ fee to cover their meals (lunch and coffee-breaks) during the 3 days of the Conference, the pick-ups from Faro airport and from Loulé bus station and/or train station. If needed, the organizers can support you in looking for accommodation close to the venue. Once you contact us through the the following e-mail : roundtrip@ecos.pt we will send you our bank account details and the invoice.
- Participants’ rights
All participants will be provided with a cultural visit tour, full access to all sessions and program of the Conference, full access to materials of the Conference.
- Liability and Compensation
Should the Conference be disrupted or even prevented from taking place altogether as a result of unforeseen political events, industrial action or force majeure, the organisers shall not be liable to pay any compensation. Furthermore, the organisers deny liability for any personal loss by or injury to participants during the event. Participants are recommended to arrange their own personal insurance, if so required.
